1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and downloading our website template, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. License Grant

This license is valid for one (1) single end-product (one live website URL). If you wish to use this template for multiple clients or separate projects, a new license must be purchased for each individual project. You are encouraged to modify the template to suit your brand. However, you may not create 'derivative works' (modifying the design slightly) to sell as your own website templates on Wix or any other marketplace.

 

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Sublicense, resell, or distribute the template.

Claim ownership of the template or any part of it.

Use the template to create templates for sale.

Modify or distribute modified versions of the template.
If you are a designer using this template for a client, you may transfer the site to your client, but you may not retain a copy of the template in your own account for use on future projects without purchasing an additional license.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the template, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets,
remain with us.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  

 

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the template.  

 

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

9. License and Terms of Use

• Single-Use License: Each purchase grants you a license to use this template for one (1) single live website (either for your own business or for one client).

• Agency Use: If you are an agency or freelancer using this template for multiple clients, a separate license must be purchased for each individual project.

• Prohibited Resale: You may not sub-license, resell, share, or redistribute the template files or the design "as-is" in any marketplace or template shop.

• Intellectual Property: All design layouts and custom elements remain the intellectual property of Inspire Action Marketing.
   

10. Special Note for Agencies & Freelancers: We love working with other pros! However, please note that our standard license covers a single client project. If you are interested in using our templates for your entire client roster, please contact us for bulk-license pricing.

 

11. Additional support can be purchased if needed.

 

12. Refunds: No refunds, no exceptions.
