Ageless Face and Skin in Lakewood, Colorado was in dire need of a new website and digital branding in 2017. In 2018, Serena launched a new website using the Wix platform and applied search engine optimization best practices to the website, updated the brand guidelines, refreshed the social media presence on Facebook and developed a branded email marketing template in MailChimp. Due to these strategic enhancements, Ageless Face and Skin received a 34% increase in organic traffic to the website, a 42% increase in traffic from social media, implemented online bookings in 2019 and experienced its best month on record in August 2020.

In 2018, Senior Housing Options needed a digital marketing and social media strategy for their Colorado Gives Day Fundraising campaign and for their annual Snow Day Fundraising Gala. Serena developed a comprehensive strategy that included: social media (paid & organic), email marketing, digital advertising campaign, website content management and landing pages that resulted in record-breaking fundraising of $10K and a record-breaking turnout of 250 guests at Snow Day.

In 2016, Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice hired Serena to manage all aspects of digital marketing for the organization; including social media, Wordpress website management and email marketing. Serena implemented SEO strategies that increased organic website visits year-over-year from 2016-2017 by over 10K visitors, she also developed a social media campaign that increased traffic from social media by 1.3K visits, and developed a new targeted email campaign that increased email traffic by 1.5K visits. She also developed a KPI marketing dashboard to report to CEO/Board of Directors and Senior Level Management.

In January 2019, Serena started working on a social media and email marketing strategy for the Bear Chase Race Series, a series of four trail races taking place along the Front Range. After putting a tailored strategy in place with paid and organic social media ads and posts, and a fine-tuned email marketing campaign - each event experienced an increase in registration and the overall series increased in year-over-year registration by 20%.

MindShine Foundation hosted the 1st Annual Brain Run 5K & Mental Health Expo on September 21, 2019. Serena started working on a content marketing strategy and organic and paid social media campaign in April 2019 that continued through race day and executed a PR strategy in September 2019. The result was attendance of over 500 registered participants, $24K raised for mental health organizations and 4.6K website visits in 2019 along with a robust social media following on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
